1. The Verification Service & Eligibility

Our service provides a verification framework to certify that specific content was created by a human rather than generated by artificial intelligence

 

To be eligible for a digital verification seal, you must comply fully with our submission protocols and honesty policies.

 

You represent a warrant that all content submitted for reviews, your own work or work, you have the legal rights to represent and accurately meets our definition of human created content .

 2. License to Display the Digital Seal

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these terms and our specific verification standards we grant you a limited non-exclusive revocable non-transferable license to display their proven human/digital seal name on the specific verified piece of content or platform for which it was issued.

No Modification: You may not alter, distort, recolor or modify the digital seal in anyway.

​

No Misrepresentation: You may not display the seal on any content that has not been explicitly reviewed and approved by us. The validity of the license granted herein is strictly contingent upon the seal actively linking to its designated hosted verification URL on our register. Displaying a seal on unverified or AI generated work is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate revocation and account termination.

EmBed Codes:  We may provide you with HTML Codes:

We may provide you with HTML code or widgets to display the seal. You agree to use these embed codes, exactly as provided, without altering the destination, URL or stripping the back link to our registry.

3. Revocation of Seals and Audits:

We reserve the right at our soul discretion to audit verified content at any time if we determine or have reasonable grounds to suspect that verified content utilized unauthorized AI generation or otherwise violated our submission standards.

We reserve the right to immediately revoke the digital seal.

​

We may disable the digital validation link associated with that seal.

​

We bear no liability for any loss of reputation business or revenue, resulting from the revocation of a seal.

4. Intellectual Property:

Our Property:

The service it's original content features functionality, and the design and underlying technology of the digital seals are and will remain the exclusive property of the company.

Your Property: 

We do not claim ownership over the content you submit for verification by submitting content you grant us a limited worldwide royalty, free license to analyze the content solely for the purpose of performing the verification process.

5. Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass trick or reverse engineer, our verification protocols or detection mechanisms.

​

Use a single issued seal to authenticate multiple separate pieces of unverified content.

​

Falsely imply that our digital seal constitutes a legal copyright trademark or a guarantee of absolute factual accuracy the seal certifies human ownership only.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The service and the digital seals are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

No Guarantee of Infallibility:

While we use rigorous standards to verify human creation you acknowledge that verification methods are evolving we do not warrant that the service will be 100% error, free, or that it will detect every instance of AI generation with absolute certainty.

Limitation: In no event shall the company it's directors or it's affiliates liable for any indirect incidental special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our digital seals or the public perception/revocation of a seal.

7. Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your account and revoke any issue digital seals immediately without prior notice or liability if you breach these terms or failed to maintain the integrity of our verification standards.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in construed in accordance with the laws of your state/country without regard to his conflict of law provisions.
